Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We offer the following shipping options within New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Millennial Jewellers.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@millennialjeweller.com, and we'll liaise with the carrier on your behalf as quickly as possible.
